Yup, look at that, it says php-DB list! :)
sarahana....you have to know where the admin has put mysql. Then you should
be able to type in at the prompt:
path/mysql databasename -u username -ppassword.
So on my system it looks like:
/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql mydb_com -u myusername pmypassword
there is no space between the -p and the password itself, but there IS one
between the -u and the username.
Maybe the mysql list would have been a better place, but there are people on
this list who know mysql stuff, so don't be afraid to ask.
