These lines cause the problem in libzend/zend.h :
#if (defined(WINNT) && WINNT) || (defined(WIN32) && WIN32)
# include "zend_config.w32.h"
#else
# include "zend_config.h"
#endif
For some reason or other "zend_config.h" is not included,
and zend_config.h includes the needed <sys/types.h>.
I hardcoded the #include "zend_config.h" and it seems to
work now.
