They were not useful for most people as witnessed by the number of
questions that came back asking for binaries with different feature sets.
Until we have a good way to dynamically build and distribute all the
various extensions separate from a core PHP engine a binary distribution
makes no sense.
And you can do whatever you want with an Amiga binary distribution.
