Bug description: reading from socket in non-blocking mode
Trying to read from a socket in non-blocking mode
seems to hang up php (the script simply stops).
set_blocking_mode($handle,false);
$resp = fgets($handle,512);
Indeed, reading in blocking mode works w/ WinNT.
