PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: Open comment not caught, returns "document contains no data"
If you leave an open comment, php4 doesn't catch it. php3, however, tells you that you left a
comment open. I think the latter should be the correct behavior.
Here is an example:

/* This is a comment that isn't closed
$foo = 1;
echo "$foo";
?>
