PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: standalone php -q ignores expose_php so test/testall shows fail all
standalone php -q used by test/testall will fail all tests even
though tests are actually passing because the new expose_php
is not set to false and the output will contain
X-Powered-By: PHP *version* in the header and the
test scripts do not expect same.
There seems to be logic to check for expose_php in mod_php3.c but
under the php -q case in main.c, no logic check is
done for expose_php.
I did a quick workaround in main.c:1133 by just setting
php3_ini.expose_php = 0; and then a re-compile and
test/testall then show they are actually passing.
