PHP version: 4.0 Beta 3
PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: php.ini parsing crashes
If you put the php.ini as dirtributed with the source for 4b3 in the
directory where php finds it, php will crash.
Remove php.ini and everything works fine again.
