PHP Bug Type: FrontPage related
Bug description: asp_tags does not work
neither asp_tags in php3.ini (from php3.ini-dist)
nor php3_asp_tags setting in the httpd.conf
enable the <% ... %> parsing.
only this helps in main.c:
967 if (cfg_get_long("asp_tags", &php3_ini.asp_tags) == FAIL
URE) {
968 php3_ini.asp_tags = 1;
969 }
