POP3 has no concept of folders. So the above simply won't work. If you want
to use imap, use {localhost/imap:143} instead.
As for IMP, older versions of IMP (before 2.2.0-pre9 or so) didn't
automatically expunge the mailbox when using pop3, so messages weren't
deleted. Try the latest release...
