I would recomend against useing MICO. Both KDE and GNOME have scrapped all
their MICO code. MICO was so slow that the GNOME guys made there own orb,
ORBit. And, the KDE guys have mistaken MICO's slowness for CORBA being
slow, and have decided not to use CORBA at all.
