Bug description: misspelled function name
This is actually for beta4pl1, but there's no option in the selector for it yet...
ext/icap/php_icap.c, line 85, reads:
PHP_FE(icap_list_event,NULL)
It should read:
PHP_FE(icap_list_events,NULL)
