PHP 4.0 will be distributed with tools to make it possible for
developers to share library code with other PHP developers. This
project is called PEAR, and is being forked off to its own mailing
list. Please read http://pear.php.net/doc/pear.html, if this project
seems interesting to you, subscribe to the mailing list by sending a
mail to php-pear-subscribe@lists.php.net.
