PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: No rule to make .deps in ext/xml/ etc
This morning's cvs wouldn't get past the dirs under ext/xml; every
dir there reported no rule to make .deps in /usr/local/src/php4/build/rules.mk.
Everything compiles OK after doing 'touch .deps' in each of these
directories.
./configure --with-mysql --with-gd=/usr/local --with-apache=../apache_1.3.11/ --enable-track-vars
--enable-sysvshm --with-system-regex
