PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: phpinfo gives old build info after rebuilding
After upgrading apache to 1.3.12, php4b4pl1 was recompiled,
and a few additional features added.
After reinstalling, phpinfo still shows the old build date
and old configure line, though it does reflect the added
features/functions.
