PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: php4isapi.dll crashes IIS
Followed instructions with install of the PHP ISAPI filter. When starting IIS I get an access
violation. When I go back into the ISAPI filter list the php4isapi.dll filter has a red arrow
pointing down in front of it. I installed the ISAPI filter at the whole web server level and not at
an individual site level.
I took the defaults in the php-ini-dist file
