Hi!
It is the patch for PHP4(RC1) to make it work with Russian
Apache (http://apache.lexa.ru) API for
use in multipart-form-data posting and recoding from/to different
charsets. See functions descriptions in the patch for short details and
RUS APCHE docs/faqs for more details about multipart data transfer
options.
