Bug description: Session parameters in INI file are ignored
I have PHP4 RC2+ISS 4.0+Windows 2000 working. I have find that any change in the php.ini in the
[Session] sections is ignored by php because I always get a default value.
In example the session.save_path variable. I have to use the command session_save_path command to
set the right value of the variable.
