That's nice, but it's just not adequate for what I need to do.
Both Python and perl are able to remove arbitrary symbols out of their
namespaces for capabilities-based sandbox. My script needs to open a
db handle, then shut down the ability for db handles to be opened,
passing back the one that was opened. Same may go for filehandles, or
any other resource I can't simply toss around using a virtual(). It's
not like a user can actually gain privileges they're not supposed to
by deleting functionality.
I realize that my multi-user setup is somewhat unique, but when is a
single user going to call our theoretical delfunction() and then later
surprise himself? People with that kind of attention span problem
can't really be helped by any amount of code :)
