Bug description: Broken links and images in manual
* In the HTML version of the manual, chapter 1, section "What can PHP do?", there are two
broken images - they are not supplied with the snapshot, nor are they in the official version on
php.net.
* In chapter 2, section "Problems?", the links to the FAQ and the bug database are broken
(.php3 instead of .php), and I also suspect that the php3 mailing list addresses are no longer
pertinent.
