Bug description: prints out header
if you un-quote the php_mysql line in php.ini at
;Windows Extensions
;extension=php_mysql.dll
->
;Windows Extensions
extension=php_mysql.dll
the header is printed in the output html file
mysql works fine if you leave the line unquoted
