PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: ISAPI filter causes an access violation on startup of IIS4 Web service
PHP4 will run in CGI mode but as soon as the ISAPI filter in installed IIS4, the web publishing
service crashes with the following error message in Dr. Watson:
Access violation in inetinfo.exe (0xc0000005) Address (0x77f05120).
