Bug description: Inverted values for mcal_event_set_class
The mcal_event_set_class() documentation (PDF/html/On-line) reads:
"...The class is either 0 for public, or 1 for private."
but the values are inverted... it should be:
"...The class is either 1 for public, or 0 for private."
