Something has happened to your linux source
tree since you last installed PHP.
Your /usr/include/linux/errno.h has something to
the effect of
#include <asm/errno.h>
on line 4. Figure out why these files are no longer
there, or simply replace them, and you should be
back in business.
Here's a hint: In the source tarball for you version of the
linux kernel, you will find a dir
./linux/include/asm-i386
This needs to be /usr/include/asm...
