I must have made myself too unclear.. =)
--with-mcal=/usr/src/libmcal
where /usr/src/libmcal is the directory where the sources of libmcal
package are (including mcal.h, cal_misc.h..and so on).
And use the FULL path to libmcal sources. I say again: SOURCE. =)
