Bug description: The specified procedure could not be found.
I did as writen in the readme.txt
I use IIS SP4
When trying to display any php file (even one that just prints hello!) I get this message
The specified procedure could not be found.
Do I have to rebuild the binaries for them to work ? (please say no :-)
