Bug description: BerkeleyDB directory is not carried to compile string
./configure [...] --with-db2=/usr/BerkeleyDB
The configure script finds BerkeleyDB and adds -ldb to the compile-time options, but according to
debug.log, it does not add -L/usr/BerkeleyDB/lib or -I/usr/BerkeleyDB/include.
