Okay, that makes sense to me. Seems like a deep rooted problem. At least
that's the sense I get after looking at the code for about an hour. I
guess the easiest solution (read=doesn't require finding and rewriting
html embedded urls) would be to use output buffering. In that case, what
is the easiest/best way to do an incremental flush? My HTML is built such
that at certain points it can be flushed so that at least *something*
shows up in the browser while the user waits.
