PHP 4.0 release SCRIPT:

(????) This worked OK with PHP3, and with 4RC1 !
using php 4.0 configured like this:
./configure --with-pgsql=/usr/lib/pgsql --with-mysql --with-gd --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs
