Where do we document this kind of stuff? VIRTUAL_DIR is something under the hood. Maybe Egon knows? :)

We should document it beforehand, but then again, 'should' and 'will' have a huge difference when it comes to documenting stuff :) On Sat, 10 Jun 2000, Andi Gutmans wrote: By the way, just so that everyone knows, there is a misfeature in the VIRTUAL_DIR support for Windows which I don't think we will ever be fixing. If the cwd is c:\foo And you want to open the directory d:blah It will open d:\blah and not use d:'s current working directory for this. Actually it only knows the current working directory of the current drive and not the current working directory of all available drives. I don't think this is a problem because I doubt anyone will bump into it, and if they do, we can always document it.
