this is fixed in latest cvs, at least for
sapi/apahce/config.m4
but you'll have to run 'buildconf' again
after checkout to get an updated configure
script
in general you should not fix things in
configure itself but try to identify the
config.m4 the line was taken from, change
it there and rerun 'buildconf' instead
