I am using the Apache server, and I have checked all the config files several times. I've
reinstalled all of php several times also.
What's interesting is that set it up as a test at home with nearly identical configurations at
home and it works no problem.
This system in a Celeron 300 running windows 98 4.10.1998
The one that it works on is a P3 600 running windows second edition.
Other than that, the differences are in the directory structure.
