Bug description: Missing installation file
Regarding PWS 4.0, README.TXT says
"- Edit the enclosed PWS-php4.reg file to reflect the location of your php4isapi.dll. Forward
slashes should be escaped, for example: ..."
But there is no *.reg file in php-4.0.0-win32.zip
(NT 4.0, sp6a, Option Pack 4.0, MMC 1.1)
