If you see PHP files displayed as text, it means PHP isn't even being
executed by IIS. Your configuration information may have been reset in some
way; Make sure that IIS has .php files set to be executed by the PHP
extension DLL. Note that if IIS crashes, it will often not properly save
the updated configuration information. Try to readd the .php mapping, stop
IIS (net stop iisadmin), and then restart it. PHP 4.0 is known to work fine
alongside Office 2000 SR1, so that's not the issue.
