The problem is that documentation never mentions funcdamental difference
between include() and require() - the latter is parsed before any code is
executed, and the former is parsed only when control reaches
incldue() statement (this is breiefly mentioned, but not clearly enough).

Yes, but the cause of this is the above, and documentation fails to
explain this clearly enough. The proof is that we get constant complaint
on "why my objects don't work with sessions".
