The "::" operator is not equal to the C++ "::" or Java's "."
counterpart. In C++ or Java you can use "::" (".") for a static
access of a method or property.
The PHP "::" operator means something different. You can use it
to access overriden methods of a superclass from within a drived
class of the superclass.
