It is open to everyone.Yah, *I* knew - there´s also an only code browser (a+ for that) and other neat things. But it´s very hard to follow that process using CVS not being a developer who takes care of zend code. Fortunately you´re posting these changes/enhancement/bugfixes lists on major releases - I`d like to receive one on every minor release too, but perhaps it´s too much work then...
