I cannot call jdmonthname(1,3) in calendar.so

I just compliled dl/calendar.so and copied it to the extension_dir. Then
I wrote a simple php script to test by calling jdmonthname(1,3). But I
got the following error from the apache error file:
ld.so.1: /usr/local/sbin/httpd: fatal: relocation error: file
/export/home/khoivu/php_ex/lib/calendar.so: symbol getParameters:
referenced symbol not found
I am running:
apache1.3.12
php3.0.16 compiled as apache dso module with apxs
What php shared lib am I missing here.
