I wanted, plenty of times, to contribute to the stability of PHP, and I
fixed a few annoying bugs myself here and there (locally). I found it hard
to discover how to contribute bug-fixes to the PHP-dev-team.
I suggest:
- Create a webpage telling how to contribute patches (how to do them, and
why they should be done as a patch).
- Introduce the style of PHP, and a basic high level description of how
the (massive) PHP sourcecode works.
