I refuse to believe that even M$ is that stupid. Are they actually
sending a form-urlencoded mime type and then not sending the data in that
format? That's like specifying image/gif and sending a JPEG. You just
don't do that. MIME types are not fuzzy things. Each type specifies a
well-defined data format. You can't just slap whatever mime type you feel
like on data and expect things to work.
