Well, pertty easy. Just apache/php and all addons will be the part of your
application. You don't even need browser for that.
May I distribute Apache+php+stuff for commercial apps too? I don´t think so...

What? ASP can create applications tha are executable without the
server? How?
They showed me kind of executable. I`m not sure in which way it is in relation with the server.
The VBScript accessed that database and a desktop app (started from msdev anywhere) did the same with same code. Don´t know.
They like drag and drop programming Dreamwever Ultradev provides...
