Further to that message - a question or two:
How often do you think mirrors update their source from CVS? We
could convievably check in a snapshot of the user-notes to CVS
each day, and the mirror scripts could use that to display notes.
Alternatively, phpweb could include a script that downloads the
notes from the central server periodically.
Alternatively, the manual-page could get the comments for just
that topic, and cache them locally.
What do you think?
