And yes, meanwhile I use the CGI version. But there is another, IMHO very important bug (at least for Windoze developers): please see/check bugs #3581, #5410, #5694 =8)
I agree - there have been lots of reports of this problem - the php quality assurance team is working to clean up the bug database right now. As soon as we finish that, then we are going to group all of the related bugs together and try to find someone to take care of them. - Zak
