While you're at it..please add the functionality of having php.ini
directive arg_separator used in this. See bug #4491 for reason.
BTW. If arg_separator is set to & the vars given in urls get garbled.
So there's a bug too. I should make a report about it, but I am busy doing
some ldap-extension fixes. Maybe later.
