In case it's not obvious, I'm working on folding in the user errata
to the manual. I've basically worked up until 'header' in the big
list of errata, in case someone else wants to pitch in and help
out.
And if someone (Hi Stig!) could regenerate the documentation for the
web site, we can clean up many of the errata entries since they are
no longer errata. I figured having over 300 errata was a little out
of control.
