I think it is reasonable. There isn't that much new that most people
will be looking for (except possibly XML), and the revisions should
help people who are using the "common" features. And it seems we
are only a couple of days away from 3.0.6, so I think we can live
with the temporary confusion.
In the HOWTO.html (which is vastly out of date, no?) it mentions
that there is a way to tag functions with an "implemented in" tag.
Is this still possible, and does it get output? It seems like that
would be a great feature.
