V_UNLINK was dead in 4.0.2pl2, IIRC, so all unlink problems on windows
might be linked to it.
As for atime - I fear DOS FS has no atime, so this thing won't work on
it. I'm not sure what NT is going to return in atime field then. Anybody
cares to test?
