I'm not sure if I understand the question... but just in case :) Yes, as far as the site is concerned there is no real difference between a compiled PHP-scripted file and a non one. You can include and require them as before. They only "catch" is for those scripts that use auto-prepend or similar, and you need to tell the Compiler the pathname for that when you compile the file. Maybe later versions will allow you to point to an active php.ini file and the Compiler will use and honor those settings...
