Bug description: missing #defines SQLINTEGER and SQLUSMALLINT in Adabas D 10
When I enable Adabas D support and compule php4.01pl2 with Adabas D 10, I get an error message in
php_odbc.c saying that SQLINTEGER and SQLUSMALLINT are not defined.
I fixed this by completing the Adabas D specific part of the php_odbc.h:
#elif defined(HAVE_ADABAS) /* Adabas D */
#define ODBC_TYPE "Adabas D"
#include <WINDOWS.H>
#include <sql.h>
#include <sqlext.h>
#define HAVE_SQL_EXTENDED_FETCH 1
#define SQL_SUCCEEDED(rc) (((rc)&(~1))==0)
#define SQLINTEGER ULONG
#define SQLUSMALLINT USHORT
