HTTP_SERVER_VARS changed to HTTP_ENV_VARS

I just noticed that in the 4.2x release of php that HTTP_SERVER_VARS
was changed to HTTP_ENV_VARS. will this be in the release notes for 4.2?
and is there some place where i can keep up with these sort of changes?
i just wanted to send a reminder in case this was over looked for the 4.2 release notes as it
appears you are gearing up for the 4.2 rel soon (staterday?)
