Comments:
According to user, problem persists with latest version of PHP (4.0.1pl2).
What is the actual module you are using? I am interfacing a Credit Card Processing Module via COM
on NT4SP6a + IIS 4 and see no problems (latest PHP release version).
If you could give me a module to test with I will see if I can duplicate the problem.
